PROJECT APPROACH

LanArc develops clear design strategies to create functional and meaningful spaces, regardless of project complexity. Our design solutions emphasize the qualities of local geography and place in the built environment and successfully address accessibility challenges, code issues, budgetary constraints and sustainability goals. We maintain a dynamic affiliation with a variety of consultants with expertise to ensure full collaboration to produce richly integrated built environments. Maintaining a small studio atmosphere limits the number of projects that we do, allowing us to give personalized service to all of our clients. We realize that good business is about fostering lasting relationships.

LanArc Design Inc. was established to provide expertise in the area of recreation planning, design and construction administration. The firm’s small size and North Texas location enables a high level of centralized service and collaboration.
